Chercheur au LATTS (Ecole des Ponts ParisTech).

Ancien chercheur au CURDS (Centre for Urban and Regional Development Studies), Université de Newcastle. Formation de géographe (BA Durham 1996, MA Durham 1998) et d’aménagement (PhD Newcastle 2002).

Intérêts de recherche
infrastructures urbaines et fabrique matérielle des villes européennes, transitions énergétiques urbaines.
