Résumé :
The 15-minute city (15MC) is a global policy brand. It shapes urban agendas and research funding streams. While it is presented as an integrative concept, it is not clear how it makes research communities work together. This critique paper explores some limitations of disciplinary integration in 15MC research, and it illustrates how deeper interdisciplinary directions could enrich 15MC research. For that, it presents four boundary-crossing perspectives, and it concludes by calling for further and deeper articulation of disciplines and knowledge systems in order to accomplish the full potential of the notion.
