On Thursday, December 19, François-Mathieu Poupeau will participate in a roundtable discussion organized in the Salons de la Présidence du Sénat (Senate Presidential Salons) on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Fédération nationale des collectivités concédantes et régies (FNCCR, National Federation of Local Authorities and Public Utilities). He will present the book he co-authored with Christophe Bouneau (Professor Emeritus of Economic History at Bordeaux Montaigne University) entitled "The National Federation of Local Authorities and Public Services. 90 years of action in favor of public services in the regions."
