Yoan Miot is part of the "Housing Market Players" group coordinating the upcoming REHAL seminar "Housing Market Players," which will be held on March 21 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Bienvenüe building on the Gustave Eiffel University campus (room B235).
It is entitled "20 years of ANRU. Some feedback from urban research."
Three presentations will be given:
- Christine Lelévrier – Paris School of Urban Planning – Lab'Urba: "Urban renewal: the paradoxes of diversity in the light of residential trajectories."
- Charles Réveillère – Sciences Po Paris – CSO: "Urban renewal and displacement in working-class neighborhoods: living with and managing the wait."
- Pauline Gali – Jean Monnet University – Triangle: "Marketing large social housing complexes to transform their population? A market analysis of changes in housing supply in the context of urban renewal."
This will be followed by a discussion led by:
- Raphaël Frétigny – Head of Engineering at GIE de la META
- William Le Goff – Director of Prospective Studies at the Federation of Public Housing Offices
