François-Mathieu Poupeau is co-organizing the fifth session of the seminar "Local Authorities and the Financing of the Energy Transition" with Carine Staropoli (PSE, University of Paris 1 and EPPP Chair) and Benoît Boutaud (European Institute for Energy Research) as part of the work of the Research Group on Local Government in Europe (GRALE). The session will focus on mobility issues.
It will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at the Maison des Sciences économiques (106-112 boulevard de l'Hôpital, 75013 Paris, Metro: Campo Formio, room S/2).
François Colet (Head of Innovative Charging Systems & Shared Energy Projects, Vedecom Institute), Patrice Saint-Blancard (Director of Sustainable Transport and Mobility at the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Council), and Étienne Chaufour (Director of Île-de-France, in charge of education, solidarity, and mobility, France urbaine) will discuss the topic: "Local authorities and mobility issues."
