François-Mathieu Poupeau will speak on May 11, 2018, at the invitation of the University of Edinburgh, at an international conference entitled Public Ownership of Energy Companies: models, rationales, and implications for energy policy.
He will present the situation in France as part of a session devoted to local public companies and their role in the energy transition.
