(European Institute for Energy Research) as part of the work of the Research Group on Local Government in Europe (GRALE).

It will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 (2:00-5:30 p.m.)

at the Jourdan Campus of the Paris School of Economics (48 Bd Jourdan, 75014 Paris).

(Head of Energy and Territorial Projects at CLER Réseau pour la transition énergétique) will discuss the topic: "Financial engineering for local authorities: expertise, resources, and new tools."
