LATTS (Laboratoire Techniques, Territoires Sociétés) is a website presenting its members, news, events, theses and research projects. A secure intranet space is also available.

LATTS makes every effort to protect your personal data, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Lil) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Privacy Policy informs you about the purposes and conditions under which we process personal data that I may collect in connection with our exchanges and services.

Assetou Coulibaly is responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data submitted via the contact form.

As LATTS services are not intended for minors, this website does not collect personal data from minors.

The digital resources offered by LATTS may contain or use links to websites, applications, products or services operated by third parties (e.g. social networks, partners, advertising sites). We remind you that the Privacy Policy does not apply to these third parties, over which LATTS has no control and for which it cannot be held responsible. LATTS may collect personal data from:
(i) online contact and information forms;
(ii) comments and interactions with our services;
(iii) traffic information;
(iv) our written and oral exchanges;
(vi) the provision of LATTS services (in particular the creation of member files and Intranet access).

(iii) to better understand your needs and expectations in order to provide you with tailored services and measure the use of our services with a view to developing our offerings, on the basis of the contractual relationship or your consent, where applicable
; (iv) to process your requests, the exercise of your rights and your complaints, on the basis of legal obligations;
(v) comply with the law, regulations, and legal requests and orders.

Recipients of the data.

The personal data we collect is intended exclusively for LATTS. Your data will not be used for commercial purposes.

(viii) to lodge a complaint with the CNIL;
(ix) to define the post-mortem fate of your data.

Retention periods for collected data

LATTS retains your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes, taking into account the requirements and authorisations of laws and regulations. The maximum retention periods applicable, or imposed on us, depending on the purposes are described below.
