Bio

Having completed a PhD in Geography, Spatial Planning and Urban Planning at the University of Paris-Est, I joined LATTS to undertake postdoctoral research as part of a project funded by the Environment Research Laboratory, entitled ‘The ‘Aller Vers’ and their Effects on the Massification of Housing Renovation’ (AVEMAREHA), led by Daniel Florentin and in collaboration with Robin Girard (Mines). This project focuses on energy-efficient housing renovation policy and, in particular, the ‘Aller Vers’ demonstration areas pilot scheme, designed to contribute to the scaling up of renovation in a more proactive manner and in support of local stakeholders. This project builds on the work carried out as part of the PREBAT project (2023–2025, TTi.5, Mines Paris PSL) on the structuring of public policy for the energy renovation of the built environment.

My research

My work focuses on the ways in which public policy is shaped and the processes of ownership, centring on two main areas:

• The implementation and territorial embedding of public policy (the territorialisation of transport and mobility policies, or, more recently, the differentiated implementation across regions of policies providing incentives and support for the energy renovation of buildings);
• The territorialisation of transport infrastructure (TGV stations, railway lines, the Grand Paris Express).

I also study mobility policies in relation to the spatial and temporal organisation of activities (remote working, occasional travel, tourist travel).
