Bio

I hold a PhD in Geography and Spatial Planning and am a postdoctoral researcher at LATTS, at the École nationale des ponts et chaussées. My research focuses on property markets, their investment channels and the territorial effects of their financialisation. In particular, I study the ownership and financing structures that link buildings to the actors who own and manage them.

My thesis, defended in September 2026 at Université Paris Cité and prepared at the Géographie-cités laboratory, analyses the crisis in the office property market in Île-de-France. It examines the formation and distribution of losses, as well as how these are borne by private and public actors. This work combines field research with the analysis of land registry data and business registers, network analysis and mapping.

As part of the Franco-Brazilian FINPLANET project, I am contributing to the French quantitative component, which focuses on investments by asset management companies in real assets and their social and environmental impacts.
