. A team of researchers was able to follow them.
This book, co-written by practitioners and researchers, offers a summary of their observations. Various aspects of the exercise are examined, from the writing of the scenario to the conduct of the exercise and the implementation of the European solidarity mechanism, including the tools used. This book analyzes the usefulness of the exercise for planning and improving the flow of information between partners. It promotes the development of a risk culture and encourages consideration of domino effects.
