I am working with Valerie November (project director), Jonathan Rutherford and Youenn Gourain on the LESLIE project, which focuses on long-term storage infrastructure. This research project takes a cross-sectoral approach to stored ‘entities’ as diverse as nuclear waste in storage sites, digital data in data centres, seeds in seed banks, and CO₂ in carbon capture and storage infrastructure. We are particularly interested in the governance, practices and imaginaries of these projects.
