Bio

A sociologist and political scientist by training (Ph.D. and postdoctoral research at Sciences Po Paris), I am a research director at the CNRS and a professor at the École nationale des ponts et chaussées. I am also a member of the Scientific Council of ADEME and a member of the Scientific Council of the Committee on the History of the Environment and Sustainable Development (CHEDD, Ministry of Energy Transition).

  • École nationale des ponts et chaussées / Agro ParisTech Specialized Master’s in PAPDD (Public Policies and Actions for Sustainable Development, training program for Civil and Forestry Engineers): “Energy and Territories” module (since 2024), “Le Bon Plan” workshop (2025), annual supervision of theses for the GAAP (Public Action Analysis Groups) and end-of-year projects.
  • Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, Rabat (Morocco) MAPAM Specialized Master’s Program (Advanced Public Action in Morocco, a degree program for senior officials in the Moroccan public administration, offered in partnership between Mohammed VI University and the École nationale des Ponts et Chaussées): member of the program’s monitoring committee, taught a course on the sociology of organizations, supervised individual and group theses, and served on the thesis defense committee for the final-year theses.
