Bio

As a graduate of Sciences Po’s Master’s programme in International Development, specialising in African Studies and International Energy, I have, through my professional experience and academic background, developed sector-specific and geographical expertise in the challenges of energy access in Africa.

After several years working for NGOs, notably at the European Institute for Cooperation and Development (IECD), where I worked in the Central African Republic and Cameroon supporting vocational training in industry, energy and construction, I began my PhD at LATTS in late 2024.

This PhD thesis, co-supervised by Sylvy Jaglin and Pascal Ughetto, aims to examine decentralised electricity infrastructure in sub-Saharan Africa and the obstacles to its sustainability, focusing on solar energy workers and their activities.
