What solutions to climate change?

Proposing solutions to tackle climate change has become a major challenge for the future of our societies: reducing greenhouse gases, largely emitted by human activities, and reducing the vulnerability of our societies and ecosystems through anticipation, adaptation, and resilience is vital.
Given the complexity of the system in which we live, our development model based on fossil fuels and exploiting increasingly limited resources, it is time to list the solutions available to us and to question their viability and effectiveness.
