When new generations change professional relationships…

The Descartes Développement agency

invites you to reflect on how work is changing with the arrival of the millennial generation

during a D-Cube Paris conference held by Pascal UGHETTO,

a researcher at LATTS

.
"Generation Y is worrying companies. Whether proven or not, the existence of a generation—which marketers like to call millennials—poses management problems for these companies that converge with their concerns about digitization and the threat of disruptive innovation. These companies are beginning to doubt their belief in the virtue of processes. Collaborative work, agile methods, and liberated companies are examples of the question that is nagging them: should they change the way work is organized to allow for more autonomy? These reflections should not dismiss the issue of organization and its procedures: far from being opposed to it, autonomy will be combined with organization."
