Florent Castagnino and Nicolas Klein have been awarded the 2018 UPE thesis prize

The 2018 UPE thesis prize for the City, Transportation, and Territories doctoral school was awarded to:
Florent Castagnino , for his sociology thesis entitled "Les chemins de faire de la surveillance. Une sociologie des dispositifs de sécurité et de sûreté ferroviaires en France" (Ways of conducting surveillance. A sociology of railway security and safety measures in France), supervised by Valérie November.
The 2018 UPE thesis prize for the Organizations, Markets, Institutions doctoral school was awarded to:
Nicolas Klein, for his thesis in sociology entitled "Salespeople Facing Changes in Sales: The Construction of a Profession at the Crossroads of Organizational and Professional Logics?" supervised by Pascal Ughetto.
The awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, November 6, starting at 3:00 p.m. at the Georges Pérec Library, rue des Frères Lumière, on the Cité Descartes campus.
