On September 11, 2019, François-Mathieu Poupeau will participate in the Franco-Japanese seminar "Local Energy Governance in France and Japan" organized in Lille by Magali Dreyfus, CNRS research fellow, and Aki Suwa, researcher at the United Nations University.
