- Konstantinos Chatzis (UGE-LATTS) will speak on: Quantifying urban flood risk; a brief history of the concept of project rainfall (mid-19th century to late 20th century).
- Servane Guében-Venière (CSO – Sciences Po) and Valérie November (CNRS-LATTS) will speak on: Crisis management as infrastructure
